• Project Overview

  This project is located in a business center area of China, covering a land area of approximately 10,000 square meters with a total construction area of 100,000 square meters. It is a super high-rise office building with 40 above-ground floors and 4 underground floors, mainly serving commercial and office purposes. The north side of the plot is adjacent to an arterial road and the south side to a secondary road, and the project achieves the separation of pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

  Create a stepped ecological green axis and build a window of the times overlooking the Pearl River.
